In-app purchase

I recently upgraded to v3.3. After that, the app was crashing continually. So I deleted it from the phone and then re-synched it to copy it back. After that the app launched just fine. However, I had done an in-app purchase before and now that feature is gone (Pokemaker Unlocked). How do I get it back without having to re-purchase it.

Sandbox problem

We have found this is an issue on Jailbroken devices that have AppSync installed.

If you search google for the error message and "AppSync" you will find ways to fix it.

There is nothing we can do or change to help you with that one, it has to do with the iPhone OS. But you can fix it by following the instructions on the web.

reloading purchases

There are 2 ways to re-download your purchases.

1) go to the Settings Screen and use the button down the bottom to reload purchases

or

2) go through the purchase again. Apple does not charge you for the same purchase twice, either apps or in-app unlocks or content.

It's a pity other users cannot do what you did. Instead of contacting us to try and fix the problem, they are publishing abusive remarks on the app store. It only serves to damage things for everyone.

Unfortunately, remarks like "It doesn't work" do not give us enough information to fix the issue.

Can you do us a favour and post or update your rating on the app store to let people know how you fixed it?
