I can't log onto the app!

For some reason, I go to the login point on the app, and enter my username/password, but when I click done, it won't login! I am positive that loging in is the only way to upload cards, but I can't login?

My email is mr_cook_9@hotmail.com

Unable to log in?

It could be either your details are not correct, or your password may be causing issues for the app.

Could you please:
1) test your pokemunity login again on the site with a web browser, log out and then log back in again. If that works fine then you have reverified the password is the right one.

If that works, then retry using the same login/password with the app.

2) if that still doesn't work, have a think about your password, if it contains some odd characters, it could be the app is incorrectly encoding them when you try to log in. Use the "My Account" link on the pokemunity to change it to a simpler alphabet and numbers password. Then try again in the app with the simpler password.

If that works, please let us know which character(s) you had in your password that were special and we'll look into patching it so it works in the next version.
